Lincoln County's Keirstin Ross Signs With Catawba Valley

On Wednesday December 17th, standout softball player Keirstin Ross officially signed with Catawba Valley Community College. The Red Hawks, of Catawba Valley, compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association. During the signing, Ross was joined by friends, family, her trainer, and head high school softball coach Tommy Barrett.

"The campus is really close together, and it's like a family atmosphere," said Keirstin Ross. "The coaches are really nice, but also really competitive."

Although she will be headed to Catawba Valley in the fall, her high school softball days are not yet over. She is currently preparing for her upcoming senior season at Lincoln County High School. Great Job Keirstin!! We wish you all the success in the world!! Go Panthers!!
